D4TA DR1FTERS, is an exploratory journey into the realms of electronic and experimental music. It is a blend of ambient, drone, and tape music, and aims to move towards deep understanding of sound's acoustic maximalism.
I was lucky enough to perform with exceptional jazz music masters on stage, like Tomasz Stanko and Michal Urbaniak. I had a chance to learn experimental electronic music by working with mentors like Marek Choloniewski. I mixed electronics with reggae masters like Wlodzimierz Kiniorski or Robert Brylewski. Those cooperations showed me that being fully conscious and present in here and now was enough to access the limitless possibilities of musical frontiers.
I’ve been working as music producer and dj, performing dub and experimental electronics. I was gaining momentum to win the first Les Bains Numeriques International Grand Prix award in 2016 for audiovisual music performance of Dimension N project with Alba G. Corral - a masterful generative art and multimedia artist.
This went hand in hand with my love for immersive experiences, vr art and interactive art installations, which I started developing with Mabel Octobre Theatre in Paris, and continued expanding at Festivals in Japan, China, Hong Kong and EU. Right to the point of winning the International First Prize for the World’s Biggest Projection Mapping in Shenzhen, China in 2019. Seeing my work displayed on 40 skyscrapers simultaneously was wild and out of this world.
